By using this forum, you constitute the agreement to follow all rules at all times and give us the rights to monitor you even without notice.  PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY, as you will be held fully responsible for any actions you make on this server.  

This forum is a TBG Function under the TBG Forums (tbgforums.com/forums).  This means that:
1. All posts made here ARE REQUIRED TO WITHOUT EXCEPTION to abide community guidelines found here - http://tbgforums.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=1503
2. All posts, actions, or content you submit here or on any other TBG Functions reflects you on all TBG Functions, and therefore any action made by the TBG Moderators may be taken in any TBG Function with equal or lesser consequences.
3. You MUST be a registered user on the TBG Forums.  If you are not, I highly recommend you to register for a free account.

In addition to these set policies, this function requires that...
*You, and YOU ALONE, are responsible for managing your account.  This means you should have a genuine, valid email entered in case of the need for contact.  You may choose the showing of your email through your account profile settings.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE BAN UPON YOUR FIRST OFFENSE, MINOR OR MAJOR, because we will assume you do not want to talk with the administration.
*By the Law of the Sandbox Code 12489709 Sect. 3, and in accordance to TBG Imaginary Law 2g+i, all users will be put under a validation test to see if the registering user is not a spambot.  Do your best on this test.  Please contact DownsGameClub if you have any questions.  Administrators are not allowed to reveal answers.

Okay, fine.  You want a more in depth view of the agreements...  Well, here you go:

Privacy
*Anything you post here is available to the public.
*Your IP address is logged in our database each time you visit, and when you post.
*Your IP address will NOT be disclosed to anyone unless in an emergency in which a moderator or administrator is required to do so.
*We store cookies on your computer for authentication use.

Consequences
*MINOR VIOLATIONS are defined as actions causing notable or significant threat to the community.  Note that some minor violations will be treated differently than others, but will always follow the protocol given below.
*MAJOR VIOLATIONS are defined as actions causing imminent threat to the community or forum.  ALL MAJOR VIOLATIONS WILL BE TREATED THE SAME WAY.

*Minor violations will cause a warning to be issued to you.
*Repeated minor violations will cause you to be put under probation.
*A temporary mute will be issued should problems continue to persist.  An email or private message will be sent to you.
*Any violations that occur will result in a private message being sent to you.  You may view your permanent records in your profile settings.
*A Consecutive Offense is considered any offense of the same or different manner committed within a 30 day period.

*Major violations will result in...
  1. First time offense: Two week probation, and 15 points on your record.
  2. Second consecutive offense: Banned for 24 hours, in addition to 5 points on your record, and two week probation.
  3. Final consecutive offense: Banned for 7 days, in addition to a one to two day ban on all TBG Functions, and one month probation along with 5 additional points.
  4. Anything after: Permanent Ban on this function, in addition to disciplinary action on ALL TBG Functions.
